Our Partner is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm operating across multiple sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Manager to oversee and manage operations in the Middle East area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete operations of the EPC business within the country, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Manage and lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals in the region.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor project progress, performance, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance and project status.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the region.
Mentor, lead, and develop local teams, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in an EPC leadership role, with proven expertise in managing large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural, regulatory, and business practices.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
