Customer management aimed at implementing migration strategies and facilitating the infrastructure deployment and business services rollout phases;Understand and analyse new customer needs and requirements impacting IT infrastructure services under management;Managing Security Compliance and Risk Management activities in the IT field impacting the client's infrastructure.
Technical skills required
At least 2/3 years of experience in managing data and systems migration on cloud and designing IT infrastructure and cloud architectures;Experience in IT architecture design and security management;Experience also in coordinating IT security and IT Risk Management activities with the following responsibilities:Knowledge of key service and project management tools;Knowledge of networks, including configuration, architecture and security;Data analysis skills;Familiarity with the main operating systems: Mac OS, Linux, Windows.
