SALES CONTROLLER The person that we would like to introduce into the organization, as sales controller, driving profitability company sales performance by analyzing and optimizing sales data, forecasting and budgeting. He/She will be a bridge between finance and sales team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitoring sales performance analysis against goalsMonitoring margins and profitability trendsTracking sales against target (KPIs)Developing sales budgets and create sales forecasts and tracking variances, compare actual plan resultsAnalyse product margins and cost controlPrepare detailed reports (daily, monthly, annual)Monitoring discounts and commissions ensures that sales team drive revenue without eroding profitabilitySupport sales team with data‐driven insights and by leveraging data analytics to optimize performance, drive profitability, and ensure accurate financial reportingSKILLS REQUIRED AND QUALIFICATION Graduation in Economics or related fieldPrevious experience in Sales ControllingStrong analytical attitude and strong ability to interpret complex data and turn into actionable insightAdvanced skills in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systemStrong attitude to communication and work with sales teamSpecialize in financial modeling and forecasting acts as a strategic business partnerStrong attitude for attention to details for the businessFlexibility in managing the daily activitiesCar owner is required to reach the HeadquartersLiving in Turin or nearby is requiredSales Controller • Salerno, Campania, ITALY
