We are looking for a passionate Treasury Coordinator to join the Treasury & Finance Team, located in Venice (VE). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper management of treasury activities within an international context, coordinating dedicated staff, and overseeing key operational and financial processes. Main Responsibilities
Coordinating day-to-day treasury activities and the dedicated resource. Supervising daily treasury operations, including cash inflows and outflows (payments and collections), bank reconciliations, and monitoring financial positions. Coordinating and supervising intercompany activities, including accounting reconciliations, intra-group payments, and cash pooling operations. Recording SAP entries related to interest, loans/financing, and intercompany transactions. Preparing and analyzing treasury reports and monitoring the Group’s overall financial positions. Supporting the opening and maintenance of bank accounts. Managing operational relationships with international banking institutions. Assisting subsidiaries with administrative and financial activities under the purview of Treasury. Overseeing operational compliance related to banking services, international taxation, and related administrative tasks. Supporting internal and external audit activities and handling requests from auditing firms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Consolidated experience in Treasury (ideally 4+ years), preferably gained within international corporate environments or multinational companies. Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are essential); PITECO is considered a plus. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with banks, auditors, and international subsidiaries. A strong interest and passion for people management, with a genuine desire to coach, motivate, and support the professional growth of a dedicated resource.
For this role, the estimated gross annual salary range is €35,000 [Min] - €40,000 [Max], under the CCNL Abbigliamento, Confezioni – Industria/SMI, Level 6.
