It's a dynamic and challenging environment and a good platform where to start and develop a career in supply chain management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support the Purchasing team in selected activity of negotiation on costs, delivery performance, price list reduction and payment terms- Assist in analysis and market research to identify new potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods- Analise and resolve issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices, even promoting efficiency in the processes- Support the Purchasing team in maintaining high standards in more strategic activities (analysis, monitoring, keeping relations with suppliers partners, etc)- Support buyers in quality documentation collection and availability following existing procedures and standardsQUALIFICATIONS:- Management Engineering Students- Willing to work in international, fast paced environmentKNOWLEDGE:- Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially Excel- Previous Knowledge of SAP management system, is preferableLANGUAGES:- Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory- A further language knowledge is appreciatedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:- Flexibility, and capable of working in high evolving contexts, are required- Costs and Quality oriented- Autonomy and initiative attitude- Team working attitude- Problem solving attitude- High sense of time scheduled respect and energy level.- Motivated to work in the Purchasing area- Open to acquire knowledge in the international marketsReimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteenCurious about our values?
