YellowSquare Florence
is looking for a Square Enthusiast (Mixité position). You'll be the heart of the guest experience, juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar depending on the needs of the hostel.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming guests with a smile, managing check-ins, and handling check-outs;
Serving up coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar;
Promoting hostel events and local experiences to make every guest's stay unforgettable;
Being a proactive problem-solver, jumping in to help with whatever comes up—from city tips to last-minute events;
Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth across different departments.
What you should have
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);
Team spirit: the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team;
Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends;
Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
High proficiency in spoken English and Italian (other languages are a huge plus!).

CCNL Turismo – 5th level: Gross annual salary of €21,804;
