Mechanical CAD Design Engineer - Aviation Domain
Work location: Brindisi
Role Overview
The selected resource - going through an intense onboarding process aimed at developing appropriate Customer products’ knowledge, working methodologies and CAD skills, when needed - will be directly engaged in the engineering project activities, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility.
Tasks
* Modeling simple and complex mechanical components
* Modeling simple and complex assemblies
* Drafting activities
* Learn, understand, and apply our Customer’s standard procedures
* Concurrent Engineering
Work Experience
Qualification
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
Required Skills And Experience
* 1-3 years’ experience in the field of CAD modelling & detailing using UG NX10 & above
* Work experience in Teamcenter- 11 and above
* Experience in creating 3D Models & Drawings
* Experience in Engineering Bill of material creation, update and modification
* knowledge on manufacturing drawings creation and drawing reading skills.
* Knowledge on the Geometric dimension & Tolerance
* Familiarity/Understanding of industry codes and standards such as ASME Y14.5
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
* Due to the nature of work, candidates should be EU Citizens
