Essential Requirements
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in economics, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance-related or quality assurance roles
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Availability for on-site presence at our headquarters in Atessa, Italy
Your Responsibilities
* Support the achievement and maintenance of certifications such as ISO 9001 and 22005
* Maintain quality system standards, including product traceability protocols
* Review and update quality and traceability procedures
* Evaluate company processes and procedures from a quality perspective
* Apply ISO9001 and 22005 compliance requirements across various departments
* Conduct periodic audits on company procedures and processes
* Coordinate the customer complaints process
* Support investigation and root cause analysis for major non-conformities
* Ensure comprehensive, accurate filing and timely reporting on quality and traceability matters
* Manage the Quality Management System on a daily basis
* Organize and deliver employee training sessions on compliance topics
* Provide ongoing training on quality and traceability matters
