BOGGI MILANO, upper premium brand, international leader in the Menswear Segment, is looking for a CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER. Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close coordination with the Style Center and Merchandising Departments, this role will conceive and manage all Brand’s marketing strategies and lead the marketing function to achieve global and regional business goals. - An open-minded approach and a creative mindset, able to constantly explore new opportunities - Ability to work with creative counterparts to develop successful communication and PR campaigns - Outstanding communication capabilities

- Create, develop and implement Marketing programs (including Branding and Product Campaigns, Events, Digital Marketing, and PR) that are innovative, creative and demonstrate ROI with focus on increasing Retail KPIs - Develop and manage a global customer centric marketing strategy following an Omnichannel approach - Develop annual budget proposals and expenditure allocation, regularly analysing and reviewing such allocation to ensure that results are achieved efficiently - Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition - Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends reporting such trends periodically to the C-Level Committee Place of work. Milan
