This position can be based in LONDON, MUNICH, PARIS, MADRID, LUXEMBOURG, MILAN. The EU Retail Efficiency and Employee Experience (RE-EX) Program’s objective is to reduce inefficiencies for the EU Retail teams, contributing to enhancing the retail employee experience (EX). RE-EX support all EU Retail teams (VM, AVS, SSCMs, MVR and AB) along most critical workstreams: Selection, Negotiation, Deals, Payments, Buying, Supply Chain and Reporting. The EU Retail Efficiency and Employee Experience (RE-EX) Team is looking for a Sr. PM to drive the delivery roadmap, and own the RE-EX Voice of the Employees workstream. This is a complex role with EU wide responsibility over Automation, Offshoring, and Defining Roles and Responsibilities over all EU Retail roles. The ideal candidate should be customer obsessed, familiar with the ecommerce business, passionate about process optimization, data oriented and have strong process design skills as well as outstanding project management abilities. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment. The Sr PM should be able to interact with and influence multiple teams and senior leadership across the organization, working closely in collaboration with our retail stakeholders across Europe, our offshore operations and our technical teams and business partners. They will also meet senior management on a regular basis to guide help them with strategic decision making. Key job responsibilities • Drive scaling strategy and roadmap for EU Retail business by working with workstream leads and tech teams to prioritize and deliver long-term/scalable solutions; • Drive the collection of qualitative and quantitative insights impacting team efficiency and understand how teams are spending their time to understand the biggest opportunities to accelerate time saving; • Own and participate in periodic program reviews (e.g., OP, xBRs) including documents preparation and review and drive weekly team alignments. • Support adoption and awareness of new processes and tools, by monitoring progress against time saving and adoption goals, anticipating risks and resolving issues by initiating correction actions where appropriate; • Support identifying new automation/offshoring opportunities, defining clear Role & Responsibilities as well as areas for improvement within existing programs by running RE-EX surveys and listening sessions within Retail to ensure the program remains close to the customer’s needs and prioritizes accordingly; We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Milan, MI, ITA
