We are currently looking for an administrative profile to support the administrative management of the institutional and ancillary activities of Fondazione Generali The Human Safety Net. Coordination and management of the activities carried out in alignment with the external accountant in charge of the accounting service of the Foundation - Ensure the documental and information flows in order to ensure the correctness of the accounting activities, of the financial statements (eg. bank account statements, invoices, fees register, documents related to the investment of the endowment fund etc.) and of the social impact report Deliberations adopted by the Fondazione Board of Directors on the disbursement proposals with the respect to the institutional activities - Ensure the implementation of the deliberations monitoring the contracts linked to the adopted deliberations - Monitor and ensure the yearly cash out - Coordinate/perform the funds request to the funders of the organization, monitoring the availability of the funds on the bank accounts, prepare the payment order with the SAP procedure, verify the correct finalization of the payments in alignment with Group Treasury - Ensure the reconciliation of the incoming and outgoing flows also regarding the fundraising campaigns Administrative management of the ancillary activities of the Foundation - Prepare, through SAP system, the payment orders of the invoices - Take care of the issue of the invoices, in alignment with the external accountant - Monitor the incoming and outgoing flows from the Foundation’s - Bank accounts related to the different activities - Ensure the information flows with the banks (account transfers, bank transfers etc.) Must have - Master degree in economics - Previous experience in the administration sector at professional firms, auditing firms, trade associations or large companies - Fluency in English (spoken and written) - Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills - The resource must also be motivated, oriented to the professional updating, precise, with good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Soft skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Flexibility and ability to prioritize - Flexibility to work in/with virtual teams - Team worker, demonstrate a strong motivation for purpose driven activities, a clear doer mindset
