You will oversee daily accounting functions, maintain strong internal controls, support strategic financial decision-making, and ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.Your main responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in hotel or luxury-hospitality finance (supervisory level)Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controlsExcellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsHigh level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environmentProficiency in accounting and hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Business Central/Navision)Strong communication skills and a collaborative approachFluent in Italian.
