PpThe resource will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties. The profile will be a "hands‑on" development role, building new products, enhancing existing systems all to deliver value to our customers. This role will work directly with our business partners to deliver a robust solution, contributing to technical decisions, application designs and future software direction. He/She works with the management team and executive leadership to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects. He/She uses the programming languages to develop new software applications that meet the specific needs or integration of the Company’s e‑learning Platform. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for design, code, configuration, QA and implementation of high‑quality software solutions that are delivered on time and within budget regarding the eLearning Platform /li liProvide technical insight, direction, and guidance on various technologies for the eLearning platform /li liMaintains the best practices needed to ensure on‑time, quality software solution deliverables /li liStay abreast of the ever‑changing technology industry to make sure solutions developed are following best practices and will meet the needs of the business going forward. Communicate at the appropriate level within and outside of IT the technical direction and proposed solutions for various projects and initiatives /li liDevelopment of software applications in compliance with the requests, requirements and procedures /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master’s or other advanced degree is a plus /li liLanguages: proficiency in oral and written Italian and English, a third language is a plus /li liExperience in PHP programming is mandatory /li liKnowledge of the JavaScript, Java, CSS and Zend Framework, GIT /li liKnowledge of MySQL database /li liKnowledge of the rules for structured programming and security software requirements /li liKnowledge of Moodle software is considered a plus /li liPersonal skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work on a very tight schedule; Ability to work independently and with teams; Innovative and self‑motivated; Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize goals and responsibilities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
