Ph3HSE Manager – North East Italy /h3 pYou are our new HSE Manager responsible for coordinating and implementing the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System adopted by the Client on site. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate HSE activities on construction sites and/or production facilities. /li liVerify and update documentation (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC). /li liMonitor compliance with Italian HSE regulations and company procedures on construction sites and plants. /li liParticipate in audits, inspections, technical meetings, and investigations into near‑misses, accidents, and non‑compliance, and propose corrective and preventive actions. /li liStudy the safety documentation provided by the Client (e.g., Safety and Coordination Plan) and the applicable legal requirements in the country where the site is located. /li liStudy and keep updated all site‑specific safety documentation in accordance with the Client HSE System, in cooperation with the Client HSE Team. /li liIntegrate procedures from the Client Health and Safety Management System with requirements established by applicable safety regulations according to local or client law. /li liManage and monitor HSE KPIs, reporting, and mandatory documentation. /li liManage non‑compliance and improvement plans. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liEducation: degree in a technical or scientific field. /li liMinimum 15 years of experience in HSE roles within metalworking contexts, preferably metallurgical—steelworks—oil and gas—mining; experience in at least two complex construction sites (500 man‑days) in Italy, Title IV, metalworking sector. /li liAdditional skills: strong expertise in environmental matters. /li liInterpersonal: ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, analyze and solve problems. /li liSite activities: willingness to supervise the activities of workers directly in the work area and perform documentary checks. /li liMinimum training: RSPP and CSP/CSE. /li liLanguage: Native Italian; English at least B2 (CEFR). /li liAdditional requirements: Italian nationality or substantial experience on construction sites in Italy, significant environmental expertise. /li liRotation: Continuous presence on the project with standard vacation days; up to 6 days per week during defined periods as required by site operations. /li /ul h3Additional Expectations /h3 ul liA key role responsible for ensuring the implementation of company health, safety, and environmental policies. /li liOperate as part of the internal Client HSE Team throughout the assignment, reporting technically to the HSE Team Leader (RSPP) and cooperating with the Site Manager and Commissioning Manager. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork. /li liProblem solving and proactivity. /li liAptitude for risk analysis and management. /li liOperational leadership and ability to interact in multi‑stakeholder contexts. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
