PWe are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for hardware devices (PCs, printers, phones) directly on the job site. You will also be responsible for managing company telephony : configuring mobile devices, supporting users, and interacting with suppliers (e.g., activating SIM cards).
