PWe are currently looking for an bHSES Manager /b for the preparation and coordination of equipment repair work on a petrochemical installation. /ppThe bHSES Manager /b will have overall responsibility for bSite HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) /b. The HSES Manager leads, assists, and advises the bSite Construction Manager /b concerning all HSES issues during the repair activities. He leads and guides bContractors HSE teams /b. /ppThe main tasks and duties are: /pulliPromote HSE rules and risk awareness /liliPrepare HSES files (HSES plan) /liliCoordinate HSES officers team in shifts /liliEnsure subcontractors adhere to contractual and local safety requirements (HSES plan, safety standards, local regulation requirements, client requirements, site requirements, training, and qualification requirements) /liliCheck and co-validate subcontractor’s HSES plan, risk assessments, and other required documents /liliEnsure materials, tools, and machines are controlled according to local regulations and company requirements /liliCommunicate safety points concerning special works (e.g., excavations, confined spaces, work at height, lifting, radiographics, pneumatics) to subcontractors /liliAdvise the Site manager on personnel and subcontractors who disrespect regulations /liliEnsure the implementation of Safe Work Permits /liliMonitor daily housekeeping on the worksite and base /liliManage safety meetings with subcontractors, issue Minutes of Meeting, and follow up on observations /liliParticipate in coordination meetings with subcontractors regarding coactivity, special works, dangerous works, and safety instructions /liliConduct safety inductions, Toolbox talks, and Safe Work Permit briefings /liliReport weekly on safety activities /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience as HSE Manager on construction sites within Oil Gas, Construction, or Petrochemical industries /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
