Operational Excellence Leader
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing, analysing and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high, and supporting and leading a team.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in people management, communication with stakeholders, and using data to influence business decisions. They will also have advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
A day in the life of this role will involve working shifts, prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, and collaborating with other managers to standardise shift processes.
This is a key part of our operations team, working with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. The ideal candidate will be able to analyse data and performance metrics, discuss operational pros and cons with engineers, and promote process excellence within our Last Mile Delivery business.

About the Role
This role will be based at one of our operational sites, where you will work closely with your colleagues to address challenges and drive process excellence. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and improve customer service.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
* Experience working in another logistics environment
* Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
