The QC Department must ensure the Quality Control of all materials' intermediates' final products' according to established specifications and GMP rules. The release of the product is done according to the mentioned rules and to support the QP release.
Responsibilities
Execution of microbiological release analyzes for raw materials and finished products
Execution of stability analysis on finished products
Analysis execution for in process control
Performing water sampling and analyses
Performing microbiological environmental monitoring
Cooperation during the external/internal audits
Cooperation during the OOS investigations
Cooperation during the deviation investigations
Qualifications
Relevant technical studies (diploma or degree)
At least 5 years' experience in the role
You have a knowledge of the following analytical technique:
Microbiological techniques for bioburden determination
LAL test (gel clot method and chromogenic technique)
Microbiological environmental monitoring
Gel electrophoresis
Basic microbiological laboratory equipment
SAP (nice to have)
Fluent in Italian and English (must have)
Result oriented and proactive
Sense of urgency
Relational skills with the colleagues
Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
