We are actively looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing Sales Enablement team. You will be part of the Corporate Performance & ESG Global Sales Operation team and will primarily focus on the Enablement of the global sales team. This will translate into 5 main activities: - Training, Maintenance and Analysis of Sales Technologies tools, with focus on Upland Qvidian (RFP automation platform) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Social Selling Platform)- Sales Enablement Analysis for regional GMs and Sales Directors- Coordinate the collaboration between local Sales and the extended local teams to drive strategic initiatives (Marketing, Partners, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Presales, Services)- Sales Training: planning and execution of live Sales Onboarding Campus/ events and follow-up events; managing Monthly Sales Meeting calls- Sales Enablement Communications, to both Sales Reps and Sales Leadership - including closed deals announcements, training launches and newsletters that requires cross-departmental collaboration You should have: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Languages or related fields- Attention to detail & strong organization skills- Excellent written/verbal communication- Fluent in English both written and spoken (C1 or higher)- Good MS Office skills- High-functioning & collaborative team player- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building and creative problem solving It is better if you have: - Salesforce experience- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing or similar- Experience in project management- Experience in responding to tenders or RFPs is very beneficial- English certification is a plus (TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent).
