PpFollowing two years of extensive renovation, the historic Albergo Italia reopens under the new name Le Graal Cortina, part of the luxury collection “Le Graal”. /ppLe Graal Cortina is a 5‑star luxury “Leading Hotel of the World”, open all year, featuring a contemporary and sophisticated design, aims to offer guests a unique and memorable hospitality experience through impeccable, empathetic and spontaneous service. The goal is to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere where every guest feels valued and pampered. The primary objective of the team is to excel in every aspect of the guest experience — from warm welcomes and personalized attention to the high quality and uniqueness of dining and wellness services. /ppOur bHR Business Partner /b is a key member of the Management, supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes that foster a positive workplace culture and uphold the Hotel’s high standards of excellence. Working closely with the Cluster HR Team, the General Manager of the Hotel and Head of departments, the HRBP ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting employees’ engagement and satisfaction, professional development, LQA quality and operational efficiency. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews. /liliManage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all team members. /liliMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date. /liliAssist in administering employee benefits, payroll documentation and attendance tracking with TeamSystem HR App. /liliProvide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures and labor law compliance. /liliSupport training, development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation, organizing 1-to-1 meetings… /liliHelp organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs and internal communications. /liliParticipate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. /liliPrepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, KPIs and audit requirements. /liliFoster a culture of respect, diversity inclusion and continuous improvement within the Hotel environment. /li /ulh3Prerequisites /h3ulliDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. /liliProven experience (minimum 2 years) in an HRBP, HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry. /liliSolid understanding of Italian labor law and HR best practices. /liliExcellent organizational and time‑management skills. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. /liliDiscretion and ability to handle sensitive information. /liliFluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus. /liliProficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage. /liliFlexibility, adaptability and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude. /liliLegal right to work in Italy. /liliAll-year job with competitive salary and benefits, /lilifor non-residents, accommodation and chef in a new staff house with mountains view, /lilicontinuous 360′ training and career paths, /lililaundry and company shuttles from the staff house to the hotel and vice versa. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
