Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.****Discover extraordinary\* every day.****Purpose and main priorities of the role:**We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Local Industrial Controller to oversee financial and operational performance across the manufacturing plants mainly in Northern Italy. The role involves close collaboration with plant managers and group controlling to ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and continuous improvement in production efficiency.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Monitor and analyze financial performance (P&L, cost centers, variances) across all plants.* Provide accurate reporting on production costs and variances, ensuring compliance with BU deadlines.* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes at the plant level.* Ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation.* Support investment analysis and CAPEX evaluations.* Support plant management with KPI tracking and operational insights.* Drive cost optimization initiatives and support lean manufacturing efforts.* Foster a strong controlling culture by promoting financial awareness across operations.**Who we are looking for:*** Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in industrial controlling, preferably in manufacturing.* Analytical thinker, with a strong attention to details and a significant ability to manage large amounts of data and complex files.* Business acumen: capability to read and understand information, data, and trends to facilitate decision making process.* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).* Fluent in Italian and English.* Excellent analytical and communication skills.* Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages (preferred).* Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).* Experience in self-adhesive or chemical manufacturing (a big plus).**Why you can't miss this opportunity:**You will be able to actively contribute to the ambitious goals that Fedrigoni is achieving in becoming the global industry leader, by ensuring accuracy of records and reporting on collection activity.
