Role Purpose
The Bell/Door Attendant Leader is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the door team, ensuring a seamless, welcoming and high-standard arrival and departure experience for all guests. This role acts as a key reference point for the team and supports service excellence in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Coordination
o Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Door Attendants and Bell Staff
o Ensure proper shift coverage and task allocation according to business levels
o Act as the main point of contact for the team during the shift
* Guest Experience
o Personally welcome VIPs, repeat guests, and special arrivals
o Ensure a warm, professional and consistent first and last impression
o Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
* Operations Management
o Oversee entrance flow, traffic control, and vehicle management
o Ensure smooth coordination with Valet Parking and Concierge team
o Coordinate the parking and handling of guests' vehicles, ensuring efficiency, safety and organization
o Monitor cleanliness, appearance and organization of the hotel entrance
* Service Standards
o Ensure all team members adhere to grooming, behavior and service standards
o Provide on-the-job guidance and coaching to maintain high performance
o Support continuous improvement of guest service delivery
* Communication & Collaboration
o Maintain close communication with Front Office, Concierge and Security
o Report any incidents, guest feedback or operational issues to management
o Support alignment across departments during peak times and special events
* Training & Development
o Assist in training new team members
o Identify development needs within the team and share feedback with management
Requirements
* Previous experience in Door, Concierge, or Front Office operations (luxury hospitality preferred)
* Strong leadership and coordination skills
* Excellent guest service and communication abilities
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good knowledge of local area and services is a plus
* Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
Position Scope
* Acts as shift leader for the door team
* Plays a key role in guest experience at arrival/departure
* Contributes to team performance and service consistency
Compensation & Benefits
* Gross Annual Salary: min 24,200 – max 25,500 € (the gross annual salary is calculated on a pro‐rate basis when employment covers only part of the year).
* The 13th and 14th month payments are included in the gross annual salary and are accrued on a pro‐rate basis, depending on the actual period worked during the year.
* TFR (severance) is an additional amount on top of the salary, which is set aside during employment and paid to the employee at the end of the contract.

* Ticket restaurants – meal vouchers (each with a net value of €8 per working day).
* Staff cafeteria.
