Within Disney Advertising EMEA, Business Operations serves as the core sales support group, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency. Key functions include media planning & campaign management (Client Services), ad tech & vendor oversight (Automated Operations), and forecasting & reporting (Revenue & Yield Management). These teams define policies, build processes, enable capabilities, and manage daily workflows that support Sales success.
We are currently looking for a Client Services Intern to join the Italian team. This internship offers hands‐on exposure to the end‐to‐end execution of advertising campaigns across Disney+ and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns
Assist in campaign trafficking, delivery tracking, and performance monitoring
Contribute to reporting activities and campaign analysis
Help prepare client‐facing presentations and internal documentation
Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Finance)
Support operational workflows and ensure timely and accurate campaign execution
Assist in identifying process improvements and maintaining internal procedures
Who We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is passionate about digital media and advertising, eager to learn, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree already completed (or equivalent academic background), with availability to work full‐time
Studies in communication, advertising, business, or economics are considered a plus
Previous exposure to digital marketing, ad trafficking, or campaign management is an advantage but not required
Strong interest in digital media, advertising, and streaming platforms
Detail‐oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
