Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Field Engineer Level 2, based in Piacenza. The primary responsibilities include providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and collaborating with the support team to address client requirements. The role also involves configuring and maintaining network equipment, ensuring system performance, and addressing any reported customer issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
* Strong technical expertise in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, and maintaining network equipment
* Experience with network administration, server support, and knowledge of operating systems and network protocols
* Ability to work independently onsite, manage tasks efficiently, and provide excellent customer service
* Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent are a plus
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with ITIL best practices is preferred
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
