Where we need you
As an
Advanced Development Engineer
you will play a central role within our R&D organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes. The position is strongly oriented toward material innovation and industrial implementation.
Main responsibilities:
Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects
Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners
Lead activities related to the development of raw materials and semi-finished products at a global level
Contribute to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones, supporting applications in aerodynamics, propulsion, and structural lightweight design
Promote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization
How to convince us
Degree in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
Good English and either Italian or German
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
