Experteer Overview As Wellness Design Specialist, you shape premium gym interiors that align with our Wellness Brand. You collaborate with designers and clients to deliver impactful 2D/3D layouts and oversee on-site construction visits. You ensure the space communicates exclusive branding and enhances user experience. You work with cross-functional teams to expand layouts in commercial offers and improve client satisfaction. This role offers a chance to influence how fitness environments inspire wellbeing at a global scale.

* Design the Wellness Area following project guidelines
* Define guidelines with internal/external design partners
* Coordinate with customers’ architects to oversee gym renovations
* Create new outfitting concepts for gym spaces
* Improve the Interior Design service quality and breadth
* Increase the number of layouts offered in commercial proposals
* Develop and implement a customer satisfaction measurement system
* Apply wellness, fitness, and Technogym product knowledge to craft end-user layouts
Responsabilità
* 6-10 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational matrix organization
* Proven experience in similar roles
* Fluency in English; another language is a plus
* Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D & 3D design
* Knowledge of PCon Planner, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
* Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3DS MAX is desirable
* Proven experience in project management
* Ability to work toward goals
