Your Contribution
Operate and maintain IT systems and applications in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Operations Manuals.Handle request fulfilment activities, including user access and account management.Support incident management to minimize service interruptions and ensure agreed OLA and SLA targets are met.Perform hardware replacements and support for end-user devices (PCs, printers, scanners, mobile phones, etc.).Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) information is accurate and kept up to date.Identify potential automation opportunities and actively support their implementation.Implement and maintain monitoring for IT infrastructure components and applications based on defined procedures.Support the change management process by executing approved changes on IT infrastructure and applications.Perform patch management activities and support the deployment of new releases.Analyze system failures, resolve issues, and restore services following incidents or breakdowns.
Your Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma or technical education in IT or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT operations or similar role.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.Basic understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP protocols.Native Italian speaker with good English skills, sufficient to work with technical documentation (minimum B1 level).
