JD Italy counts around 90 stores with over 2,500 employees. /ppbr/ppstrongRetail Marketing Executive /strong, Italy /ppstrongDepartment: /strongMarketing Department /ppstrongLocation: /strongMilan /ppstrongRole Overview: /strong /ppWe are seeking an exceptional Retail Marketing Executive, to support in delivering the JD brand’s global marketing vision across the Italian market. To advance the JD brand, maximising awareness and connection to the consumers to deliver strategies and initiatives for the region. /ppThis role will support the Sr. Marketing Manager and the Marketing Executive in maximizing the profitability of Retail store estate by positively impacting footfall, Conversion, ATV, UPT and Profit Margin across all store formats through flawlessly executed consumer-relevant, marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store communication (POS). /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and have the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. It’s crucial that this individual be proactive, curious, data-minded, and actively looking for ways we can impact the consumer journey/experience to help build daily relationships with our brand. /ppbr/ppThe JD Marketing team puts the consumer at the heart of what we do to develop campaigns, content, partnerships, activations events that elevate the JD brand and maximise consumer impact. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport on delivering the yearly retail calendar for the Italian market, aligned with commercial objectives working closely with the Marketing Exec. all regional retail plans includes brand campaigns, third party brand campaigns and key cultural/trade opportunities (such as national holiday weekends or back-to-school season); /liliMonitor and review all marketing promotional activity providing analysis and learnings; /liliWork in close partnership with third party vendors to ensure all windows/POS production are on time and on budget; /liliWork closely with your line manager and cross-functionally across Retail Operations, Brand team and Property team, to pro-actively assess any performance issues (such as persistently declining traffic or a particularly slow month) and develop the tactical Retail Marketing solutions that might be needed to address these; /liliHelp in monitoring marketing KPIs, in particular traffic and brand awareness; /liliSupport the team in successfully open new JD stores by ensuring appropriate 360 activation plans are developed, implemented and executed.
