The Reisel Group is an international engineering consultancy firm operating in Italy, France, and Belgium, and part of a French holding company with over 250 employees. We provide our services across various sectors, including Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Railway.
For an important project located in Bari, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the entire project lifecycle — from kick-off to contract closure
* Oversee and coordinate internal departments and external partners to ensure project execution aligns with defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Develop and present tailored digital strategies and project briefs in collaboration with technical specialists
* Schedule project activities and monitor team performance, ensuring deliverables are met on time
* Maintain continuous alignment with contractual obligations and facilitate ongoing communication with clients and company headquarters
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to all relevant stakeholders
* Manage project financials, including budget oversight and margin optimization
* Support team members by clarifying priorities and assisting with task execution as needed
Requirements
* University Degree in the Engineering field
* Experience in industrial automation or robotics sectors
* Proficiency in 2D AUTOCAD / TOP LAYOUT, and 3D tools such as SolidWorks
* English speaker, both verbal and written
* Experienced working in a multidisciplinary team
