Openjobmetis S.p.A. Divisione Permanent Placement is seeking to recruit a solid company operating in the rubber and plastics sector for the role of:
HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST
The candidate, placed within the Personnel Administration office, will be responsible for:
1. Daily attendance tracking and monthly payroll closing;
2. Processing payslips and managing contribution, insurance, and tax obligations in compliance with current regulations;
3. Managing periodic and annual obligations;
4. Handling employment practices including hiring, transformation, and termination;
5. Managing relationships with external entities (INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency, pension funds, etc.);
6. Supporting employees with administrative personnel management tasks;
7. Assisting in recruiting activities;
8. Organizing training courses and internships;
9. Verifying and controlling documentation related to contracts.
Requirements
* Diploma or degree in economic disciplines;
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
* Excellent relational, communication, and organizational skills;
* Pragmatic approach and problem-solving orientation;
* Confidentiality and reliability in managing sensitive information.
Preferred Requirements
* Knowledge of Zucchetti Paghe Infinity Web and Presenze Web software;
