We are currently seeking a Business Project Support Engineer, reporting directly to the Rome Operating Center Business Project Delivery Head to join our team based in Roma, Italia. About the Job The mission of the Business Project Support Engineer at Technip Energies Italy is to ensure the seamless integration and effective utilization of information technology across all phases of our projects. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the project team, IT department, and various other departments involved in project execution. As a delegate of the Project Director/Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the project’s IT requirements, including planning, delivery, and coordination of support to meet project and client/partner requirements. Your missions: Be the focal point for all IT-related matters towards the Business Projects stakeholders. Analyze and interpret contractual documentation. Execute and oversee Business project activities, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets. Identify and mitigate Business project risks, ensuring successful delivery. Prepare the IT project execution plan following company procedures and client requirements. Foster positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project deliverables. Gather, prepare, and provide essential data for estimating manpower requirements and IT costs, monitor costs against the budget, and implement remedial actions if needed. Initiate and review procurement activities to ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate the implementation of the Construction Site’s infrastructure and manage all IT-related issues during construction. Actively participate in transforming traditional processes into digital ones, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. About You We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Fluency in English. At least 3 years of professional experience in project management or a similar position, or initial experience in a large international group. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments in a multicultural environment. Availability to travel frequently.
