Experience with Installation Projects would be a plus. /li liTechnical Skills: Project Lifecycle: Proficient in managing the full project lifecycle, from system design and specification through to installation, commissioning, and handover. /li liTechnical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (e.g. PIDs), system schematics, and wiring diagrams. /li liProven expertise in managing and optimizing processes (e.g. Lean methodology, Six Sigma). /li liNon-specific Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools and applications. /li liProcess and Procedures: Strong ability to adhere to established processes while proactively identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /li liProblem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly. /li liLanguage Skills: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liAdaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules, demonstrating flexibility in approach. /li liTravel: Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally as needed for project oversight and customer interactions. /li /ul h3Nice to Have: /h3 ul liUnderstanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), including integration with HVAC, lighting, access control, and security systems.
