Job Responsibilities
As a Specialist for Environment, Health, Safety, and ASPP at the Corsalone (AR) site, you will handle daily EHS activities, maintaining continuous contact with the external RSPP and various departments, identifying problematic areas within the organization regarding EHS.
Main Responsibilities:
* Register and promote behavior-based safety visits (BBS program) and monitor workers for safety aspects;
* Update Risk Assessment Documents and DUVRI in collaboration with the RSPP, and support Supervisors and Managers on safety matters;
* Ensure maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications through audits and compliance checks;
* Inform workers about job-related risks and necessary safety measures, including PPE management;
* Participate in health and safety consultation updates and innovation;
* Collaborate on updating procedures and documentation, managing schedules and archives;
* Manage mandatory training, monitor deadlines, and propose additional internal training when needed;
* Work with the Plant Manager and RSPP on analysis of energy consumption, waste, and water treatment systems;
* Collaborate with the international EHS department.
Job Requirements
* Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or related fields;
* Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 systems;
* At least 4 years of experience in managing and implementing EHS systems;
* Analytical approach for statistical data processing;
* Knowledge of EHS regulations;
* English proficiency at B2 level;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong problem-solving abilities;
* Experience in process management with attention to detail.
