Key Requirements - Preferably around 1-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Transformation in A&D, Energy industry or international consulting firm - Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar related Degrees - Fluency in English - Strong negotiation skills, team working abilities and excellent leadership and influencing skills - Attitude to deeply understand the scope and technical aspects of a transformation project together with the traditional PM skills - Flexible mindset and able to work in a very dynamic context - Good communication skills - Very strong analytical skills - Specific knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations are a plus. - Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
