South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS) — a fast-growing aircraft maintenance engineering company with 500+ professionals — is looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-driven HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will support the team across a wide range of HR activities — from drafting contracts to managing resignations and everything in between.
What You’ll Do
* Keep track of employee attendance and absences
* Support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
* Conduct background screenings
* Act as a daily point of contact for employee queries
* Maintain and update HR systems and databases
* Contribute to exciting ad hoc HR projects
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an HR role is preferred but not essential
* Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
* Strong PC skills (Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organization and time-management — you handle pressure like a pro
* Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
* A positive, flexible, “can-do” attitude
* Willingness and availability to travel
Location & Working Hours
Monday–Friday | 8:30–17:30
Based in Grassobbio (BG)
