PThis candidate should work closely with management in order to support, anticipate, solve business needs as partner for the line interlocutors of Company. /ppResponsibilities /pulliCoordinates the entire payroll process managed by external providers, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to current regulations. Collects and validates monthly payroll variables required for payslip processing. (MUST REQUIREMENT) /li /ululliEnsure the recruitment (temporary and permanent) activities both for white and blue collars /liliEnsure that the Organization chart and job descriptions are matching with the actual Company organisation /liliPrepare the headcount reports and the various employees’ statistics (e.g. absenteeism, turnover etc...) /liliCooperate with the labour consultant /liliManage daily industrial relations with Company's Unions. /liliImplement the personnel training process including HS training requirements /liliImplement employee’s development processes (performance evaluation interviews, competences evaluation, new hires integration program) in order to guarantee resources development /li /ulpQualifications /pulliBachelor's degree /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in HR or related field /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliKnowloegde about Italian Labour Law and Unions /liliStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills /liliDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks /liliProficient in Microsoft Office suite /li /ul
