For a 5 Stars Luxury Resort in Venice, we are looking for a F&B Manager, who will oversee 6 restaurant outlets.
* Oversee daily F&B operations.
* Develop strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
* Analyze the food and labour costs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Train and supervise F&B staff.
* Collaborate with culinary team to create innovative menus.
* Manage inventory and procurement to optimize profitability.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* At least 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels.
* Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of luxury trends and best practices.
Location: the position is based in Venice.
