You will develop a leading-edge Supply Chain capability to help shape and inform the strategy and execution across Production, Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing channels globally. Building an effective Supply Chain and implementation of ERP systems. The Supply Chain Consultant in Technology will be responsible for: Leading project delivery of ERP and other application systems solutions, including configuration, customizations, and integrations, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Defining the technology roadmap, working with stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities. Building strong relationships with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure delivery aligns with the roadmap and business goals. Managing implementation projects for the Supply Chain functions from inception to completion, covering Production & Planning, Logistics & Manufacturing. Providing expertise on ERP systems and recommending best practices for Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate will have: Extensive IT Business Partnering or Project Management experience in international, enterprise-scale environments within FMCG, Retail, or related sectors, or IT consultancy. Proven experience managing complex global technology projects aligned with ITIL methodologies, especially in Supply Chain and ERP solutions like MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP. Knowledge of Supply Chain tools and processes, including Production, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, MRP, MES, SCM, IBP, APO, WMS, EWM, TMS, OTM, TM, Inventory & Order Management, Demand Forecasting, S&OP, Sales & Operations, VMI, DRP, PLM, Lean Manufacturing, MTO, MTS, ETO, Industry 4.0, 4IR. Exposure to some of these is beneficial. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed, global organizations, driving value from data and technology roadmaps. Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and understanding their functionalities in Supply Chain domains; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results.
