Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Como, designed for a Live-in Housekeeper Couple. The responsibilities include daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and laundry, along with maintaining household organization and assisting in basic household management. Providing exceptional customer service to the family and guests, as well as potentially helping train additional staff members or managing occasional service needs, may also be required. Accommodation will be provided as part of the role.
Qualifications
* Competency in Laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and garment care
* Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with the family and additional staff
* Proven experience in providing high-quality Customer Service in residential settings
* Exceptional Organization Skills to maintain a clean, clutter-free, and efficient household
* Experience in Training additional staff members or overseeing temporary service needs
* Flexibility, discretion, and a high level of professionalism
* Previous experience in a private residential environment is a plus
