How you will contribute
As part of the Kering Technologies Finance team, you will take place in managing projects rollout:
1. Covering all the project phases, from FIT&GAP analysis to Hypercare, identifying functional specifications documents, performing unit tests and supporting business users during the UAT.
2. Ensuring that technical, functional and security requirements are in compliance with the Kering-defined IT standards and Core model.
3. Gathering requirements for change requests and managing the portfolio of change requests in the finance domain, delivering functional specifications within the OTC portfolio.
4. Following up organizational structure changes with a focus on the ones impacting the OTC finance processes (e.g. E-commerce, Marketplace & Concession integration, Retail integration, Credit/Dispute management, revenue recognition)
5. Collaborating with Kernig’s Finance Transformation team to provide support on different initiatives, working with Finance share service teams and internal and external stakeholders.
Who you are
6. A professional with 3+ years of experience in SAP ERP (preferably FMS), with a focus on Finance, collaborating with both onshore and offshore third-party teams.
7. Strong knowledge of SAP FI and its integration with the SD module is required; experience with S/4HANA implementations is a plus.
8. Familiarity with retail/e-commerce finance integration or proven implementation experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
9. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
10. An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of negotiation and influence.
11. Holds a degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
12. Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French is an advantage.
