We are currently seeking anOperations Manager (OM)with a strong background in consultancy and proven leadership in operations management.
The Operations Manager (OM) will play a key role in ensuring that all company operations run effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
The OM will act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and cross-departmental execution (HR, Finance, Legal, Projects, IT, Services, Marketing & Sales, Vendors).
Candidates with consultancy background and5+ years of experience as an Operations Managerare highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic ManagementPeriodically report performance to the Director and execute strategic directions.
Budget control.
Ensure compliance with our service in Legal, Accounting, and Tax.
Tactical & Operational ManagementSupervise daily operations.
Coordinate weekly operations.
Control monthly operations.
Ensure quarterly achievement of KPIs, cross-department project execution, and compliance documentation.
Manage yearly operations.
Provide input to HR on manpower needs based on workload.
Motivate and empower teams to achieve targets and maintain productivity.
Provide input on performance feedback and succession to support business continuity.
Manage project planning, execution, risk management, documentation, and reporting.
Monitor service delivery, SLA fulfillment, and ticketing requests.
Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and performance.
Communication & IntegrationEnsure smooth internal & external communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
Utilize Integration Management System (IMS) for monitoring workflows and cross-department coordination.
QUALIFICATIONSMinimumBachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
5+ yearsproven experience as Operations Manager (preferably with consultancy background).
Strong expertise in corporate Legal, Accounting, and Tax Compliance.
Proven track record in HR, financial management, risk management, and project supervision.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project management tools.
