Do you have an eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues? As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards at our site, supporting the effectiveness of our Quality System. Key Responsibilities Review batch documentation for compliance and manage disposition of raw materials, intermediates, and APIs with Qualified Person support. Review, approve, and ensure timely execution of CAPAs to prevent recurrence of issues. Investigate complaints and deviations, prepare reports, and support investigations. Coordinate management notifications and prepare responses to customer requests. Participate in quality oversight, shop floor audits, and ensure compliance in production and warehouse operations. Manage and review packaging, shipping documentation, and approve packing lists. Review batch documentation for regulatory compliance and support validation and change control processes. Participate in regulatory audits and support inspection readiness. Manage documentation, including batch records, and review validation documentation. Support ethical conduct and employee development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, a high school diploma with relevant verified training/certification. 3-6 years of experience in API/pharmaceutical companies. Skills & Languages Ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Familiarity with Quality IT systems like TrackWise. Proficiency in English and Italian.
