**Role Summary**:
The Project Manager is responsible to secure full alignment between Sales/ComOps and Operations in order to maximize financial results. The Project Manager is mainly for managing Customer Orders, monitoring and shipping by requested delivery date and associated margin targets resulting from the specific Sales Area linked to the respective operational plan. This position requires basic knowledge of centrifugal pumps and/or rotating equipment, material specifications and metallurgy. Knowledge of IT tools complete the skills profile. The Project Manager is expected to build solid relations with Sales/ComOps and Customers where requested by constant telephone use, written correspondence and face to face visits along with Sales/ComOps. Network relations with the overall EMA Parts Team is key for the success of the position and availability to travel, when required, is essential. **Position includes, but not limited to**: - Order fulfillment (Order Process, Shipping Plan, Customer interface)
- Support for weekly Production meetings
- Import/export Compliance
- Customer Satisfaction program
- Penalties, Warranty & Legal matters
- Contract Cost Evaluation
- Support to Credit Collection team
- Management of Customer Claims
- Interface with Internal and External Production Teams **Position Requirements**
- Good Communications Skills;
- Ability to work in team
- Technical Bachelor’s degree is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 0-1 year experience
- Commitment on results
- Very good English communication skill, a third language is a great plus
- Experience in Project Management is a plus
- Good proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Access)
