Based in Milan, within the HQ Information Technology Department, reporting directly to the Head of IT Delivery AFC&HR, your responsibilities will include: CoE (Centre of Excellence): Training and development of the COE Accounting team. AMS and IT Projects Delivery: Managing delivery of AMS and IT projects, focusing on SAP systems and supporting other central systems in Accounting. SAP Kernel and Cross-Interface Governance: Overseeing governance for SAP Kernel and interfaces with other systems, collaborating with local and HQ teams. Roll-outs and Implementation Projects: Supporting fit-gap analysis, design, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Documentation and Process Maintenance: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, and process manuals. Who are we looking for? We seek a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Accounting, holding a Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration and Economics. Candidates should have: Proven experience with SAP Accounting modules (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-GL, ecc.) and integration points. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, system configuration, and basic ABAP skills. Proficiency in SAP Fiori Apps and business requirements gathering. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work in international teams. Willingness to travel internationally.
