As a department manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring efficient department operations
* Managing orders, schedules, holidays, and merchandise flow
* Analyzing economic data of the department
* Handling products directly
* Training staff at the counter
* Customer service and other sales-related activities within the department
Requirements:
* Leadership skills
* Experience in butchery and/or gastronomy departments
