Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnd-to-end management of recruitment processes for technical and corporate profiles, from defining requirements and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing. /li liCollaboration with hiring managers to define needs and ideal profiles /li liPosting job ads and screening resumes /li liSourcing passive candidates through various channels and activities /li liConducting selection interviews (phone, video, and in-person) /li liAdvocating for and driving a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy /li liManaging relationships with recruiting agencies and other external stakeholders /li liContributing to the development of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives /li liSupporting the organization and management of Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives /li liUpdating and monitoring recruitment data using digital tools /liliManaging the onboarding process. /li liEducation: Degree in Psychology, Economics or related disciplines; /li liExperience: 3-5 years in an HR role; /li liLanguages: Excellent knowledge of English; /li liAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to process, understand, and interpret data and information; /li /ul pAdvanced proficiency with information systems AI and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) /p pGood negotiation and communication skills. /p h3What else should you know? /h3 pAt SICIM, we place great value on safety, environmental responsibility, inclusion and ethical conduct.
