Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Urbino. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing resources, supervising staff, optimizing workflows and processes, and addressing operational challenges as they arise. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure timely product delivery and maintaining a high standard of product quality.
Qualifications
- Production management skills, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and team supervision
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing technical drawings, and the ability to oversee prototyping and manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality control
- Experience in customer service and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and safety standards in manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in manufacturing, especially in a customized production environment, preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Urbino and adapt to dynamic production requirements
