Ph3Responsibilities /h3 pBeing part of the marketing dept. theCRM Specialist,works closely with Marketing,Sales and ITteams. /p pWorking in the CRM Team, the CRM Specialist will support the CRM Manager with activities related to data integrity and data check but also system functionalities. He / She will also help with training in the Organization, supporting the adoption of the system and sharing the global strategy to the users. /p h3Main task and activities : /h3 ul liLEADS WEB LEAD PROCESS : Monitoring the Exhibition Leads process and the KPIs on Exhibitions performances; supporting distributors in the correct management of data with the constantly review of the data creating report and Dashboard for specific Trade Shows and analys the global management of the Exhibitions leads. /li liVISIT REPORTS : Support in the implementation of the corporate processes and in the set-up of the dashboards for local data monitoring to create dashboars for HQ Management and monitoring the quality of the data. /li liUSERS SUPPORT AND ADOPTION IMPROVEMENTS : Assisting users in daily troubleshooting improving new ideas, strategies, supporting users with trainings, keeping updated the training 's documentation in Sharepoint. /li liGO LIVE OF CRM IN THE COMPANIES OF THE GROUP /li li(BUSINESS) DATA ANALYSIS /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pA key part of the CRM specialist's job is the analysis and management of the data.
