We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Rolo Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll drive excellence in daily warehouse operations, oversee 3PL relationships, and lead efforts in process standardization and simplification. With a passion for logistics, continuous improvement, and leadership, you’ll apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to identify gaps, address root causes, and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities Lead and coach the team through the Medtronic Performance System (MPS) Facilitate problem-solving sessions and drive issue resolution Support daily logistics operations with a focus on warehouse management Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure service excellence Promote process standardization and simplification Champion continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics Lean Six Sigma certifications Good English level in word and writing Strong leadership and coaching skills Ability to drive change and foster a culture of improvement Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
