We're looking for a Field Service Engineer, who will conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. You'll diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution. Escalate complex issues to a greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. Develop new customer service/product agreements. Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma; proficient English is mandatory.
* At least 5 years of experience in technical service.
* Open to travel; driving license is mandatory.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
* Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well.
